Keep your Property Management System up to date.
Our LeaseLeads products sync with your Property Management System every 30 minutes to make sure the information on your website or Virtual Leasing Agent is always up to date. Because of this, it's important that the information in your PMS is accurate and up to date.
For example, floor plan availability, tour times, and current specials are all pulled through your PMS so it is important that all of the information in your system is accurate.
Refer future to residents to the VLA after a tour.
The Virtual Leasing Agent can be a great resource for possible future tenants to view after seeing the property in person. Lots of properties recommend this to future tenants after their in-person tour so they can have a reference even after their tour. This is a great use of the Virtual Leasing Agent. And it doesn't hurt that the link to the application is right there in the VLA too!
Make sure to enable the pop-up special to highlight floor plans, specials, and other announcements.
